Today Radiant Life College honour and show our respect to a strong resilient people who have overcome much adversity and remember this day as a day of Remembrance and healing.
We pay our respects to all our past and present stolen generation and ask that we all remember the fights and struggles they had endured and today may we as an organisation move towards building the gap and help in the healing process of our longest living people.
National Sorry Day, or the National Day of Healing, is an annual event that has been held in Australia on 26 May since 1998, to remember and commemorate the mistreatment of the country's Indigenous peoples, as part of an ongoing process of reconciliation between the Indigenous peoples and the settler population.
